Prices and conditions

Hospitality is really sacred for the Pousada Noir. This is the reason why we have decided to offer a quality service with competitive price, within everybody's means (singles, young couples, groups of friends and families).

Note: the prices are per room and per night. These are not prices per person.

Notes and services

• pets allowed:small sized and educated cats and dogs, (equipped with own cage and hygienic kit);
• cots for children on demand (€ 10,00);
• additional bed € 15,00;
• daily cleaning & change bed linen and towels;
• bed linen and towels included in price;
• Italian breakfast included in price.

General conditions and reductions

•  check-in: from 11.00(am);
• check-out: within 10.00 (am);
• children under 12 years old: reduction of 50%;
• children under 3 years old: free staying;
• Long periods (6 nights or more): reduction up to 15-20% on the total of the reservation; (every case will be valued in relation to the period and to the accommodation demanded).

Payment conditions:

• to confirm the reservation it is necessary to send a postal transfer/order of 30% on the  total amount (50% for reservation of one night);
• For last-minute reservation it is possible to confirm without any previous payment ;
• the balance will be paid on arrival (preferably in cash. Credit cards are not accepted)
