Pousada Noir

The “Pousada Noir” is located in Trapani, in the central Via Fardella. The position is ideal for those who want to visit the city of Trapani (on foot or  by public transport) and to reach easily the beaches of the coast (San Giuliano, Lido Paradiso, Caletta San Liberale, etc.).

The Pousada is run by the owners of the homonym cafè, Gaspare and Nadia. Gaspare, a typical Trapani citizen, has sailed for many years, in fact he has the qualification of sea captain. Almost twenty years ago, he took the decision to “land” finally and to come back to Trapani to dedicate himself to the direction of the bar/pub Noir (from where comes the name of the Pousada). Today he receives his guests with passion, helped by his young wife Nadia, of Brazilian origins.

Accomodations

The Pousada was built after the restoration of the first floor of the building which houses the cafè too. The modernization of the wide and sunny rooms had the aim to make them also modern and confortable.

In this way we get three confortable rooms (all with private bathroom, indipendent air conditioning system, satellite tv, and little balcony), and a little apartment with double room, bathroom, a little kitchen and a fantastic terrace with a gazebo.

At our guets disposal there are also a common little hall, a free wireless connection (in all the accomodations) and all the services of the bar (aperitifs,  happy-hours, lunches, dinners, cocktail bar, etc.).

The Pousada offers a Bed and Breakfast service with rich breakfast served both in the rooms than in the bar.

Location and surrounding areas

Via Fardella, where the Pousada is located, is the most important street of Trapani, in fact it is full of shops, bar, and night clubs. This street separates the city in two parts, the south side (where there is the railway line), and the north side, where there is the wonderful beach of San Giuliano.

From the Pousada the old town centre is easily reachable on foot (about 15 minutes) or by public transport. Near our structure there are the bus stops of all the bus which came and go from Palermo to Trapani and vice versa. Moreover also the bus stops from and to Trapani, and  Palermo airport are near here (Trapani airport and Palermo airport, are reached by low cost companies like Easyjet and Ryanair).

For those who come by car, the parking is easy to find and absolutely free.
